2. SUBJECT

These General Terms and Conditions govern the rights and obligations of Webmaters Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the Company, We) and the visitors/clients of the website webmasters.bg (hereinafter referred to as the Users, You) when using the Site and ordering services.

 

3. SERVICES

The company provides the following services through the Site:

• Website Development and Design
• UI/UX design
• SEO optimization and link building
• Google Ads and Facebook Ads
• Website Support and Management
• Digital marketing consulting

 

4. ENTERING INTO A CONTRACT

4.1. The agreement between the Company and the User is considered concluded from the moment the order is confirmed by the Company electronically or by written confirmation.

4.2. The request can be submitted through the contact forms on the Website, by email, or through the Calendly platform for booking consultations.

4.3. The Company reserves the right to refuse to fulfill an order without providing a reason.

 

5. PRICES AND PAYMENTS

5.1. The prices of the services are listed on the Website in Bulgarian leva (BGN), including VAT, unless otherwise specified.

5.2. Payments may be made in the following ways:

• Bank transfer to the Company's account
• Online payment by debit or credit card (Visa, Mastercard) via Paypercut's secure payment system
• Other methods explicitly specified when requesting the service

5.3. For online card payments, the transaction is processed by Paynetics AD and/or Embed BV—licensed payment institutions regulated by the Bulgarian National Bank and the Dutch Central Bank. The Company does not store payment card data.

5.4. Payment for larger-scale projects may be divided into an advance payment and a final payment, as specified in the individual contract.

 

6. PERFORMANCE PERIODS

6.1. The estimated completion dates are listed on the Website:

• Landing page - up to 5 business days
• Business Card Website - up to 12 business days
• Online store - up to 21 business days

6.2. Specific deadlines are agreed upon individually and specified in the contract/order confirmation.

6.3. The Company is not responsible for delays caused by the User's failure to provide necessary materials, information, or access.

 

7. USER RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS

7.1. The User agrees to:

• Provides accurate, precise, and complete information when requesting services
• Pays the agreed sums on time
• Assists in fulfilling the order
• Use the Site only for lawful purposes

7.2. The user has the right to:

• Get information about the status of your order
• Cancel the service before work begins, in which case payment is due only for the work actually performed

 

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

8.1. All copyrights to the websites, designs, and materials developed for the User shall transfer to the User upon full payment of the agreed amount.

The Company reserves the right to include the completed project in its portfolio, unless the User has explicitly requested otherwise.

8.3. The content of the webmasters.bg website (text, images, logos, design) is the property of the Company and is protected by copyright.

 

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

9.1. The Company is not responsible for:

• Losses resulting from the misuse of developed products
• Interruptions in the operation of the Site due to technical reasons beyond the Company’s control
• Actions by third parties, including hacker attacks or viruses
• Content of third-party websites that are linked from the Site

9.2. The Company's maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the User for the specific service.

 

10. CHANGE TO THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments shall become effective on the date of their publication on the Site. Continued use of the Site after the publication of amendments shall be considered acceptance of the new terms.

 

11. APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

11.1. These General Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria.

11.2. In case of dispute, the parties shall seek out-of-court settlement. If this is not possible, the dispute shall be referred to the competent court in the city of Varna.
